You can use my Best Pizza Dough to make you pizza. Get the recipe here.

Of course you can use 20 Minutes Pizza Dough or even bought dough.

Making The Best Pizza

Make sure the dough is at room temperature.  If it was refrigerated, pull it out of the refrigerator 30 minutes to an hour before you decide to make your pizza..  While it is coming to temperature, preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC). It is desirable to use a pizza stone or place a pizza pan in the oven to preheat.

Pizza Dough

Prepared Pizza Dough coming to room temperature.

Sprinkle flour on the pizza peel to allow the dough to slide off.  Place the dough ball on the peel.

Stretch the dough in form a round crust.  Remember to leave a thicker rim about a inch (2.5cm) wide around the outside. Spread sauce over the dough.

Add Cheese and toppings.  Here I amusing 2 different types of cheese.

Transfer to the preheated oven and baked until done (10-15 minutes).

Remove from the oven and allow to cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.

This is YOUR pizza so you decide on the quantities of the ingredients. Remember to leave a edge about 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide on the outside to help keep the cheese and sauce in. Do not over do the toppings. And if you make it on a peel make sure you make sure it slide before you attempt to put it in the oven.

Instructions
  1. If you are using refrigerated dough, make sure to bring it to room temperature 30 minutes to and hour before making the pizza. Also your over should be preheated to 500ºF (260ºC) and a pizza stone/metal is desirable. If you do not have a stone, you can try placing a pizza pan in the over to preheat in the oven and place you pizza on that. If you are using a pizza pan, it is best if it has holes in it for air to help make it crisper.
  2. Flour your peel, place the dough ball on top and form your crust. Make sure you leave a rim about 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide on the outside. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings as desired. Make sure the pizza slides on the peel before placing in the oven, if necessary add additional flour under the dough to help it slice.
  3. Place in a preheated oven at 500ºF (260ºC) and bake until done 10-15 minutes. I like my pizza to have some brown spots on the cheese and a dark crust.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Remember this is your pizza, too many toppings will ruin it.  Enjoy
