Mustard Pickled Eggs

I came across this recipe one day looking for information on eggs.  And with me being a big fan of pickled (red beet) eggs, I had to check this out.  These eggs are yellow.

Instructions
  1. Place peeled hard boiled eggs in a glass jar.
  2. In a small non-reactive saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and heat gently while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Do not boil.
  3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the eggs, place the lid on the jar and refrigerate when cool.
  4. Shake the jar twice a day to help prevent white spots. If possible, age for 3 to 4 days before eating to develop the full flavors. (I am lucky to wait 4 hours before I start in.)
