Baked Low Fat Vanilla Donuts

Baked Low-fat Vanilla Donuts

These tasty treats are baked and not fried resulting in a lower fat content. These are also a cake donut so they are denser than a yeast raised donut. I am sure you will love them. Chocolate or vanilla are both great!

I use two different size donut baking pans, both made by Wilton. There are other brands out there and they usually make 6 regular size or 12 mini donuts. I do find it easier to load a pastry bag with the batter and squeeze it into the pan or to use a measuring cup and pour the batter in.
